Spunbonded nonwoven filter cloth for pleated style filter cartridges production
Zonel Filtech provide good quality polyester spunbonded nonwoven fabrics for industrial filtration application. (filter cartridge media)
The polyester spun bonded filter cloth with the special designed pattern, combined with the 3D spunbonded lapping workmanship, make the spun bonded filter cloth from Zonel Filtech with the properties of good air permeability; high filter efficiency; high stiffness and not easy to change the shape once pleated; big particles load and durable for various industrial applications. The spun bonded polyester nonwovens from Zonel Filtech can be finished with PTFE membrane laminated, water & oil repellent, and laminated with aluminum foil for anti-static and so on to meet the different requirements from different operate conditions.

PTFE needle felt filter cloth & PTFE filter bag
PTFE (polytetrafluoretyhylene) also known as Teflon that always be treated as the KING of the plastics due to the properties of high temperature resistance (maximum can stand 280 degree C), corrosion resistance (suitable for PH1~14), longer service life, no-sticky, etc. So, the PTFE fiber is an innate excellent raw material for the industrial filter cloths production. Paint spray booth exhaust filter/ Floor filter for spray booth/ Paint arrestor media
The glass fiber spray booth filter is a kind of thick glass fiber material, which adopted the fiber glass filament with the nonwoven workmanship make the glass fiber in order with different densities (the green color side is lower density, which is dust air side; the white color side is higher density, which is clean air side), when operating, the friction between the glass fiber paint filter mat and dust air will increase the static so as to make the paint booth air filter always with a perfect filtration performance.

When the pulse jet bag filter house operating, the dust air always comes from outside of the filter bags and the purified air will pass through the filter bags then exhaust to the atmosphere, during that time bag filter house always with a positive or negative pressure, so a filter bag cage will be put inside of the filter bag to anti-collapse.
The filter cage also called dust collector filter cage or filter bag frame, which can be made of galvanized steel, carbon steel with silicon coating, SS 304 or SS316, titanium and so on for different working conditions.
The filter bag support cage was combined with vertical wires, supporting cages, top cap and bottom caps, as well as the venturi. PPS/Ryton needle felt filter cloth, PPS dust filter bags
PPS PPS (polyphenylene sulfide, Ryton® , Procon®) is one of the best filter materials with the properties high temperature resistance, anti -acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant. The PPS filter bags mainly used for purifying the dust air which include some acid or alkali materials under the high temperature, such as the thermal power plants boils exhausting gas cleaning, waste incinerators fume removal, etc.

Aramid/Nomex needle felt filter cloth/ Nomex dust filter bags
The Aramid fiber/Meta-aramid fiber for needle felt filter cloth production also called Aramid fiber 1313 in China, and Nomex® is one kind of the aramid fibers produced by Dupont®.
Zonel Filtech adopt the super quality aramid fiber and scrim then well needle punched them into felt, after the sound finish treatment such as singing, calendering, heat setting, water and oil repellent, PTFE membrane laminated and so on so as to make the filter cloth with the properties of higher tensile strength, abrasion resistance, lower emission, suitable for the sticky/high moisture dust air purifying, easy purging, lower heat shrinkage, etc.
