Filter cartridge design stainless steel filter housing
The SS cartridge filter housing from Zonel Filtech mostly are comes with multi-cartridge designed SS filter housing, which combined with stainless steel vessel and liquid filter cartridges or air/steam filter cartridges, the solution/ air flow direction is from outside to inner side of the filter cartridges, the filtrate flow out from the inner core of the filter cartridges and the solid particles will be collected at surface of the filter cartridges.

Candle filter housing and candle filter sleeves
The Candle filter from Zonel Filtech is a kind of pressure filter, the feeding port from lower side of the filter vessel, the solid particles be collected at the surface of the filter element and the filtrate go out from the inner core of the filter element to filtrate tank.
The operating procedures include: solution feeding, initial filtrate recycling, filtrate quality checking, filtration, cake washing and air blowing squeezing, reverse air blowing cake release, if the particles specific gravity higher, bottom side of the vessel may accumulate the slurry, then bottom size may design with filter board to help dry the slurry and help to handle the residual well. -
Large flow/high flow cartridge filter housing
HFC series high flow cartridge filter housing adopted the high flow filter cartridges instead of the traditional PP melt-blown filter cartridge, the flow volume per single cartridge can up to 50 CBM per hour.
Generally, 1 pcs of 40inches high flow filter cartridges equal to 20 pcs melt-blown PP filter cartridges with the same length, that’s mean the filter housing can be designed smaller, and much convenient for the maintenance works, also can get a much economical filtration solution of course. -
S.S. (Stainless Steel) Filter Housing / SS filter vessels
The stainless-steel (S.S.) filter housing from Zonel Filtech are designed for liquid and gas/steam filtering applications for various industries, these S.S. filter housings can be used for both primary filtration and high purity filtrate handling with different micron rated filter bags or filter cartridges.
The stainless-steel filter housing can be produced with SS 304 and SS316L, which are widely used for food & medical grade liquid or gas/steam filtration even another corrosive chemicals and high temperature materials filtration. The inner and outer surface of the SS filter housing can be treated with sand blasting or polishing as requested to make the filters with the excellent filtration performance.
All of the SS filter housings from Zonel Filtech are produced strictly according to standard of GB150.1~150.4-2011, which will be tested thoroughly before the delivery, including the raw material testing, high pressure testing, corrosion testing and so on.

Magnetic Filters, Iron particles remover
The magnetic filter also called strong magnet iron remover, which combined with several permanent magnetic rods with the special designed magnetic circuit, when the liquid passing by, the iron particles (0.5~60 micron) or other tiny magnetic objects in the polluted solution will be absorbed on the magnetic rods so as to clean the liquid according to the design or requirements.

Micron Rated Liquid Filter Cloth and Filter Bags
Zonel Filtech was dedicated in micron rated liquid filter bag and filter cloth for many years, the liquid filter material including nonwoven filter felt and woven filter mesh, both filter cloth rolls and ready-made filter bags are available, the micron size from 0.2~1800 can be customized.
The nonwoven micron rated filter cloth from Zonel Filtech are adopted 100% first grade polyester or polypropylene fibers to needle punched into felt, after some finish treatment according to the standard workmanship so as to make the filter cloth meet the most critical liquid-solid separation needs.
Zonel Filtech provide both primary liquid filter bags and absolute rated filter bags which are widely used for industrial applications in various plants, such as fine chemical industry, electronic industry, automobile production plants, food and pharmaceutical industries, paper production plants, oil and gas refinery industries, metallurgy industries, etc.

Spunbonded nonwoven filter cloth for pleated style filter cartridges production
Zonel Filtech provide good quality polyester spunbonded nonwoven fabrics for industrial filtration application. (filter cartridge media)
The polyester spun bonded filter cloth with the special designed pattern, combined with the 3D spunbonded lapping workmanship, make the spun bonded filter cloth from Zonel Filtech with the properties of good air permeability; high filter efficiency; high stiffness and not easy to change the shape once pleated; big particles load and durable for various industrial applications. The spun bonded polyester nonwovens from Zonel Filtech can be finished with PTFE membrane laminated, water & oil repellent, and laminated with aluminum foil for anti-static and so on to meet the different requirements from different operate conditions.
Besides the spunbonded filter cloth, Zonel Filtech also provide the sound quality membrane support layer for pleated type filter cartridges.

#1 and #2 Pleated filter bags/ Pleated polypropylene high flow bag filter cartridge for SS bag filter housing
When daily operating the bag filter housing, we may face following of problems:
When the micron rate need to be absolute grade, then the flow volume of the filter bag will reduce sharply, also the price of the filter bag will increase much;
When the flow volume increased some but we don’t want to change the filter housing, then resistance of the filter bags will be much higher, and maintenance works will increase sharply and cause some more problems, then the pleated filter bags or high flow volume filter cartridges for SS bag filter housing was developed to help to solve the relevant problems and brings the good performance. -
Filter press belt/ vacuum filter belt/ Forming belt
Zonel Filtech provide replacement filter belt for various filter machines, such as horizontal vacuum belt filters (offer vacuum filter belts), belt filter press (offer press filter belt), HVPF belt filters (tower belt filter), drum filters, paper or nonwoven forming machine, etc.
The filter belt can be produced with woven filter fabric belt and nonwoven needle felt filter belt, mainly applicated for paper or nonwoven forming (forming mesh belt), juice squeezing (juice squeezing belt), as well as the general sludge dewatering for municipal sewage treatment, coaling washing slurry dewatering, red mud dehydration from the alumina industry, potash fertilizer production, phosphoric acid production, desulphurization gypsum dewatering, etc.
The woven filter belt (filter cloth belt, filter mesh belt) from Zonel Filtech adopted the optimized PET/ PP/ PA monofilament, multifilament, as well as the spun yarn then combined with various weaving pattern and sound finish treatment so as to meet the various filtration requirements for different applications and make them always keep the stable and good filtration performance. -
Absolute rated filter bag / Absolute efficiency filter bag
For the traditional designed nonwoven liquid filter bags, as usual the filter efficiency is around 60~70%, which just can be used for some primary filtration, for some high efficiency request occasions is not applicable.
For breaking this limitation and offer the higher efficiency but economical solutions, Zonel Filtech developed the PPA high efficiency liquid filter bags which is pushes the boundaries of bag filtration technology far beyond traditional designs. The filter bag with the filter efficiency more than 99%, in some measure, we call it absolute rated filter bag.
The Zonel brand PPA absolute filter bags adopted the micro PP fiber material with multi-layers that made of different density / workmanship filter materials then put them according to the certain order so as to make the filter bags with different micron size and can get the higher filter efficiency as requested accompany with end users liquid filter housings for various applications.

Phenolic resin filter cartridge
The phenolic resin filter cartridge which adopted the phenolic fiber blended with cohesive, hardener, stabilizer and so on then sintered into the filter cartridges, for improve the strength of the phenolic fiber, which can blended with polyamide (5~10%) when production.
The phenolic resin filter cartridge from Zonel Filtech the fiber bonded outer to inner with gradually tighter construction, which makes them with the bigger particles loading capacity, good strength, durable.
